i have a 1366 x 768 monitor and i watched countless videoes of the r9270x running games on ultra on 1080p, but when i try to achieve this on my 1366 monitor i can not even get same results.. is it my dual core pentium of 3,0 ghz weighing me down?
Most likely, depends on the game you're trying to play. If it's any kind of CPU intensive game, it most likely will. How much RAM do you have, and are you on Windows 32-bit?

Download msi afterburner and open taskmanager and see how many procent your cpu and gpu is running.
If your cpu is at 100% while your gpu is at lets say 60% your cpu is botlenecking.
You would have to look at what graphics settings you're playing at, the drivers you have installed, the game itself, etc. It's hard to compare a PC to a PC like that.

+1
And do the thing I said in my first awnser to see if something is bottlenecking.
Your CPU won't be a bottleneck for video. The problem you have is that a 1366x768 monitor cannot display 1080p. The resolution of 1080p is 1920x1080 which is much higher than 1366x768 which is the standard resolution for a laptop.

Err maybe you should re-read his post lol. I'm pretty sure he is saying this FPS is lower on his 1366x768 res than what he is seeing other people get at 1080p.
yes arrow i understand that, im saying i cant get my games to run as smooth as people that play on higher resolutions, and in far cry 3 my game runs smooth, but in the amazing spiderman my game is a bit laggy until my cpu like processes the sorroundings?? spiderman is really old? and i have the latest drivers installed, also can anyone help me with that boot query
