Question cpu clock speed down to 300mhz with 100% usage

i have Lenovo Gaming 3 laptop
ryzen 7 4800h
gtx 1650ti
16 ram
the clock of the processor is down to 300 which makes the screen freeze
the default clock was 4300 something like this

my processor is 4800h and it is run usually between 3.2 and 4.3 GHz now it dropped to 300 MHz and 100 usage anyone seen this problem before?

its probably overheating, undust/repaste is usual fix for this
if youre not skilled enough with little tiny components, use rather repair shops
