CPU Connector Help

So I received my Antec VP-450w power supply this morning so I started hooking everything up.
I noticed that the CPU connector cord only has 6 pins and my motherboard has 8 pin slots.......so am I screwed over? What do.

Kinda sad since someone from here told me to buy that specific power supply but then again I didn't check the specifications

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55 USB3

Edit: wait nvm, I plugged in the PCI E connector. Sorry the connectors wasn't labeled and I'm a noob
