CPU constantly at 100 percent

My CPU says it is constantly at 100 percent, and applications like google chrome were taking up 40-60 percent of the power. even though there are no other programs running, the CPU still says it is at 100 percent with the next most demanding process only taking up a few percent.

Are you watching videos in chrome? from where?

I mostly watch videos from YouTube but even when there are no applications running (chrome, iTunes, etc.) it runs at 100.

Turn off Core Sync and Adobe. If possible, uninstall app and see what happens. It looks like Core sync choke the system.

Google forcing VP9 video onto you isn't helping either with your CPU use, try this add on for Chrome, should free up most of your CPU

No matter what task I end, something else always jumps back up to the top and starts taking a ton of CPU
