If you don't do some good level of overclocking, those are fine.
If you want to squeeze 8700k to 5+ GHz, get Noctua NH-D15, R1 universal or 110iv2, 115i or Kraken x62 etc. Some aircoolers are very large, check your case clearance.

So would this deffo fit with the RAM because I heard that the Trident z can be awkward with a lot of CPU fans. And I'm not planning on OC the CPU even if I do it wont be anything extreme. Thanks

Apart from RGB, do you really want the Trident Z? There are plenty of low profile rams with the same speed as Trident Z. If you really want to squeeze 5GHz with the Noctua, you should sacrifice Trident Z for another RAM. Or alternatively, get an AiO liquid cooler.

I don't think I will be overclocking the CPU, if I do it wont be anything extreme and if I do overclock to those levels I will get a Liquid cooler like you mentioned.
