Question CPU cooler Advice

hello everyone I think my AIO pump is on the way out as it makes an irrataing screeching noise and has been doing it for the past few months I know that its not a bubble or anything as if it was it would have gone away by now my aio is the cooler master master liquid ml 240l it isint under warrenty or anything so i cant return it or anything so id have to get a new one i can get these ones listed below for a good price

and just for anyone wondering my cpu is the ryzen 5 2600 overclocked to 4ghz

I also need to mention that the temps aren't that great as to make the noise go away I have to set the pump usage to 40 percente
