Looking for a CPU cooler under 140mm in height, it will be in a dual CPU setup so I don't think a wide mini itx one will fit, maybe it will.

Has to be LGA 1366 compatible.

Just use the Intel "stock" cooler (http://ark.intel.com/products/51225/PassiveActive-Combination-Heat-Sink-with-Removable-Fan-BXSTS100C), it will cool standard XEON chips (and no, you can't overclock XEON chips). If necessary, most 90x90 compact coolers for LGA1366 should work

Intel S5520UR motherboard, 95W tdp.

Yes you can, I don't think I can on this motherboard but you can totally OC Xeons...

And no, Xeons built for 2 way systems can't be overclocked, even if you remove the protections against it in the bios, the number of issues will force you back to default.

Hate to bump, but yes, 2 Xeon systems around 1366 CAN be overclocked. A motherboard supports this, the EVGA SR-2 (just be prepared to sell a kidney for it 'cuz it's still like $600 on Ebay)

So, you can use a regular heatsink on this motherboard, other than the threaded backplate, right? Right now I am thinking of snapping up one of these boards since my Z600 can't run both of my X5650s, and I have a Arctic Freezer 7 Pro I got, which with a couple screws can go into a threaded backplate, but will this heatsink work?
