My CPU (FM1 chip) is getting incredibly hot and the fan is really loud; I decided on buying a new cooler, hopefully the Hyper 212 Evo. However, I do not have full access at the back of my PC, as the motherboard is very small; will I still need to remove the motherboard completely to intall the backplate?
(The picture shows the access to the back of the motherboard.)

If you use the push pins you will not have to remove the motherboard.
It is installed the exact same way as the intel stock cooler.

This is cooler is reliable and was considering of getting it...
Depending on the case it could be possible, usually they have a cut out at the back of the motherboard.

If you havent already purchased the fan or opened it, the safe side could be getting the Cooler master Hyper TX3 with the push pins.

But yes you will need to remove the motherboard to install the hyper 212 evo if all else fails.

So if I use the push pins, I don't have to remove the motherboard? Also, are they reliable?

The only difference between the two is the Hyper 212 evo has better bearings.
