I want to get a Cooler Master Masterair MA610P

I was wondering if it’s compatible with my MOBO and will I be able to power the RGB fans from my MOBO

Does my MOBO have a RGB header

i gone through the manual, i don't think it has RGB headers.

as for the cpu, socket-wise it will fit, make sure you insert the memory to a2/b2 position.
