CPU cooler with Corsair Vengance

Long story short, I am wishing to finally upgrade my stock Intel CPU cooler. The problem is that I have Corsair Vengeance RAM in my computer, which sticks our of my motherboard a whopping 55 mm (roughly). At the same time i only have about 165 mm of clearance between my motherboard and my case. I am trying to find a CPU cooler with these restrictions in mind that will allow me to achieve at least a 4.5 GHz overclock. A couple that I think would work ( some one checking on this would be great) would be the Thermalright MUX-120, the Xigmatek Dark Knight II, or a Corsair H50. I would like to hear (especially from those who have Vengeance RAM) if anyone has any suggestions on what cooler to get, and opinions on the above ones. Bonus points if you can help me get rid of my $30 MIR card by keeping it under 30 bucks (willing to spend up to $60). This will be installed in a Rosewill Challenger case with an i5-3570k on an Asus P8Z77-V LK. And before anyone suggests it, no I am not willing to pop the heat-spreaders off of the memory.

Solution
Since it doesn't reach the RAM slots, not sure where the problem would lie.

From what I have heard, it can be very hard to get that cooler to fit with the Vengeance RAM( if at all), it is a good backup choice, but I would rather play it safe.

I would agree that the fan is easily moved to the other side, that is honestly why i'm getting it,even there it is better than the stock cooler, this possibility is one i kept in mind especially considering that all of my RAM slots are filled.

After actually getting and installing the heatsink, it fit, barely, I did end up having to lift the fan about a centimeter as it was easily over the first RAM stick. My case side cover may bulge a bit now, but it fit.

Yeah, it tends to overhang the DRAM slots as I mentioned before, have had a couple of rigs that ended like yours 😉 where the case is just a tad too narrow, if too bad might be able to shave down the upper part of the fan or find one w/ a lower profile

Yes, I do have two fans on it, but it works and works well, so I'm not complaining
