CPU Cooler won't turn on but everything else runs

My recently purchased CPU liquid Cooler (NXZT x42) will not get power to run but everything else in case will run and turn on I recently tried a new power supply , new cooler the one mentions above and just now installed a new mother board and yet still same effect it worked for like 2 days then did the same thing my old Corsair cooler did which is why I replaced it first thinking that it was just the cooler
But now I'm back at square one after replacing what I could on my own but I'm out of options please help guys u just wanna game again

Are you reffering to the pump or the fan? Or just the LED on the pump?

My guess is you may be overloading a fan header as they only capable of handling so much power draw and can fail if stressed too long.
