Late thought: will the system boot via Safe Mode?

= = = =

I would not move the GPU to another PC - more needs to be known if at all possible.

The glare makes it difficult to see the full ribbon cables and PCIe ports being used.

Hopefully someone will recognize and understand what those LEDs are indicating.

Do they just blink once (and you were able to capture that) or do the LED continue to blink?

Is that a cable that came with the GPU?
Solved, i edited the post :)

run 2 seperate gpu cables.

each cable provides 150w of power. no more no less.

( yes 75w is provided by the board but the card doesnt use this at all.)

the card needs 225w.

the connectors provide all of the power.

that extra connector on 1 cable is worthless does nothing.

you need 2 seperate gpu cables to the psu to the card.

GPU light coming on briefly is most likely it just running threw steps on start up should be fine. If you believe it's solved mark which answer solved it . If a issue should arise in future open up a new post or pm if you need a bit of further help.
