I might have thought that the cooler was ok, but this negative comment on the mounting system in a newegg review gives me pause:

The 10700K generates lots of heat under full load.
You need a good cooler to keep thermals under control and let the processor run to it's max capability.
I would think a hyper212 with a single tower and a 120mm fan would not do the job.
The MA620P with twin towers would be better.
But, with a top of the line processor, do not go cheap on the cooler.
Or, for that matter, the case. You should have a case with good intake capability and 160mm height available for a twin tower cooler with a 140mm fan.
