Hey, guys about time thinking about buying a budgetish cooler for my cpu, my interest right now is about:
Arctic Freezer 34 eSports
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Ver.2

CPU: ryzen 5 3600 (stock cooler)

Also open to other suggestions for coolers. (Living in Lithuania, price range 30-50 euros)

Do you have access to a Vetroo V5 cooler? If the other two are your only options, out of the two, pick the one that's cheaper. Can you parse a link to the (site)coolers you have access to?

Sadly, i don't have acces to vetroo since i could ship from usa but the fees make it not worth it. Don't bother searching for best prices, i can do that myself surely, just a model would be more than amazing.

I have never had any Experience with the Vetroo 5 but hear and read it's good.

I currently have the Arctic ES 34 duo on my wife's 2600x that will be upgraded to a 3600 when I install the 5600x into my son's in July. ( B-Day present )
Room temp 22-24c
Idle temps 28-30c
It tops out on a aida64-extreme Fpu test @ 74c
With a fan curve set @
40c-45%
60c-65%
75c-80% in a Phanteks Enthoo Pro full tower.
The only time I hear the fans is when I'm testing her system.

No ram clearance issues using G.skill flare X 2x8 config.

I can if needed add a stick of flare x or G.skill Trident Z Royal Gold to #1 slot to check clearance but I can't do that till Saturday/Sunday.

I also have a friend that had the Arctic 34 on his 5800x till he got his corsair h150i Elite Capellix.
Running Cinebench R23 temps top out @88c on a multi core run.
He now has it on his son's 2700x.
