CPU Cooling Question

Hello. I have an Intel Pentium g440 (which is locked and can't OC), so should I get a third party fan for it or no?

Here are my specs:
MSI h81-P33 motherboard
Asus 750 Ti
1TB wD Caviar Blue
500W PSU
8GB (2 sticks of 4GB) Kingston HyperX Fury RAM
