CPU cooling situation

Okay, so I built my computer about a month ago with these specs,

i7 8700k OC to 4.3
EVGA SC Gaming 3.0 GTX 1070 OC
16 DDR4 ram OC to 3000
Kingwin Lazer 1000 PSU
corsair H55 AIO water cooler
asus prime z370-A

So I have my computer on extreme mode in the bios and I have every fan on the "turbo" preset. I have 4 120mm fans in total and I put all on turbo.
I was wondering if this is okay to set? It makes my 8700k OC temps in idle around 30c-40c and on full load at 60c-72c highest. The additional fans I bought for the case are some $4 ones that I wouldn't mind upgrading later on. my temp in the room is around 65 degrees. My main thing is making sure its okay for me to put my fans on turbo. I also don't mind the noise its making.

I think it's fine to set the fans to turbo and leave them there. They are designed for that.

Gotcha, and when I open HWmonitor it doesn't even use the whole RPM, it uses about 80% of it and then when I play games it goes to about 95% RPM.

That's fine. They are designed to run at 100% continuously. They can run like that for years.
