Question CPU core clock showing 14233 MHz in HW monitor

I use a Ryzen 5600G, yesterday my board got burnt and and i had to replace it so i got a ASrock b550 hdv. I am using HW monitor so after playing a little much i saw the frequency and it scared me. Please is this thing normal or i need to do something about this.

The first image is the old motherboard which got burnt you can see the part where it got burn.

And the 2nd image is the frequency image.

Don't believe everything HWMonitor tells you. It's hopelessly inaccurate at times. Try a few other programs and stop worrying.
