Cpu Core Temps very different

I'm currently running a i5-4690k on an ASROCK z97 Killer Mobo. My cpu temps are super high (not overclocked and idle). My cpu cooler is a h100i v2. I'm getting strange core temps.

Temperature 1 72C
Temperature 2 25C
Temperature 3 30C
Temperature 5 26C
Temperature 6 106C

What could this be? Why is this happening and how can i fix it?

How much utilisation are there on the cores when you see these temperatures, and what does it read during load? Also, you have listed five temperature readings - are four for the cores and the fifth for the package? One scenario might be that the pump in your AIO are not working properly. Can you try it with another cooler?
