CPU Core Unparking

So , Tried all methods to unpark 2 of my 4 cores with program : Unpark-CPU cores , with BIOS settings and more . My task manager shows that i have 4 cores , but i still use 2 cores , 2 cores are parked , but Unpark-CPU cores program says that i have unparked them. Still Have 2 cores , help me Out .


In the Resource Monitor shows all Unparked Cores , but after couple of seconds , CPU 2 and CPU 3 cores automaticly Parks , shows that they are Parked , Wtf ? Can u help me out ?

Hello... What is your Windows power plan that you are using?

Typically I just go to utube locate the "Core Parking" "class ID" for the OS.
1) type "Regedit"
2) put "class ID" in search, use F3 to find all the instances.
3) Change "DWORD" setting as needed.
4) exit regedit and re-boot.

This is my manual method... I'm not familiar with using side APPs to do what I can do manually B /
