[SOLVED] Cpu cores missing in dell g15 5510 tried msconfig not working

System specs a dell g15 5510 i5 10200h with rtx 3050 4gb the 10200h has 4 cores and should have 8 logical cores but only shows 4 logi cores how to solve

i am using ms config and task manager to check my bios is 1.21 its the latest
