CPU Current Temperature Monitor ?!

I have an MSI mobo and I am using their utility to monitor my cpu temperature and also installed Core Temp 1.0 RC5. Core Temp 1.0 is 25c and MSI utility is 46c. Which one is right?! I'm cooling with Dynatron Evolution 3 with push and pull and rear fan at 2300rpm.

Never use both utilities at same time...

25C certainly seems incorrect

I don't. I ran them on two different boots with a complete shutdown to compare both, I wonder why they are so different.
