CPU debug LED on and not detecting CPU

Hey so basically I just finished building my new pc I'll say the specs at the end of this question but the board is an MSI z370 gaming Pro AC and when I went to power it on the CPU EZ debug LED is on and I looked in the book and it says it's not detecting the CPU and I tried everything including redoing all the connections receiving the CPU Ram everything and MSI who makes the boards company is not answering their phones today which I can understand but I just need help because I'm getting a little worried honestly. so can anyone help?
