Question Cpu debug light is on and all fans are on full throttle no display

I have an msi gaming edge wifi x570 board running with the amd ryzen 7 3700x, working fine for about a month and now motherboard cpu debug led is on and all fans are on full throttle, no display and unable to shut down with the power switch now too. Any idea why and how can i fix the issue?

check for bend pin on the cpu?
