Question CPU debug light on

Whenever I try turning on my PC it won't boot and the cpu debug light is on. However, when I restart it everything seems to be fixed and the PC works fine after. A while ago I had issues with using 4 sticks of ram so I went back to using 2 sticks before buying new ram and installing it, not sure if this could be a cause but just mentioning it anyways.

MSI B550 Gaming Plus
Ryzen 5 3600
RX 5600 XT
4x Corsair Vengeance 8gb

Are you using a 2x(2x8) loadout on the board? If so, please pass on a link to the ram kits. As for the kits, might also want to check and see what the PCB revisions are for both kits of ram.

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

My BIOS version currently is 1.B0, and I am using 2x(2x8). I bought the ram kits on amazon both times, I'm not sure what you mean by PCB revisions though as this is my first PC build.
