Hey, I've recently bought a new PC with a Ryzen 5 2600 and I downloaded Aida64 on it to stress-test the CPU, check the temps, etc.
Now a "little" detail that caught my eye was that the CPU diode's temperature, when under stress, hit 130°C and while idle, is around 100°C .
CPU itself was running at around 65°C max. (While under the stress test.)
Just a reminder: I haven't OC'd it, this is just a stock CPU.

Now my question is, is 130°C even possible? My PC never shut down during the stress test. Should I be worried, or is it possible that Aida64 is just giving very, very
wrong results?

CPU Diode is a throwback term from times when there was a thermistor diode in the CPU socket bellow CPU. Modern CPUs have several temperature sensors inside the CPU so you'd have to know which ones report that temp which by the way is no way possible to be in any part of that system. Ryzen shuts down at 95c and throttles at about 75c.
