I just switched over to a 9950x3d build concept for a new PC as the price was only 700 compared to a potential 900 dollar 5070ti. Is everything in this system sufficient. Is it bad to have only a 750w psu? How much overhead do you want on a PSU?
Is it worth using a 9950x3d with a 5070ti. I know I can't afford a bigger card than this. Unless I use a 5080 with a 9800x3d. I'm waiting to see if more x3d cpu's come out and what the new super cards produce along with price drops.

And will that case and the cheaper fans be enough for that build? Can that AIO cover either the 9950x3d or the 9800x3d?
And is the board sufficient for components. Do Eatx or other boards come with more PCIE lanes. I'm not sure if that would be needed.
Is this stupid if I only have a 1080p monitor. I don't know if I would upgrade later or not.
