Hi, I got a perfectly working PC. I just installed a new RAM and read that my CPU doesn't support this type of RAM (2400)- still the motherboard does, and the system is working fine - will this affect the speed or lifespan of my CPU or even damage something?
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte X99-UD4
RAM: 4x Crucial 16GB 288-Pin DDR4 2400 MT/S (CT16G4DFD824A)
