Question CPU downclocks after sleep

Hi,

I would say I am new to overclocking. I disabled a lot of energy features in BIOS, I set the constant clock ratio multiplier to 51, and the cache ratio to 45. I have a great cooling for my system. I have no problem playing games, running stress tests, and being idle... but

When I wake up my PC from sleep, my core and cache multiplier go down to 36 (my base CPU clock). Why?

• i9-10850k
• Z490 Gaming X AX

No. It stays at 3.6. I managed to return the clocks back via Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but I don't want to do that every wake-up. Bios is updated actually
