I built myself a gaming pc (Intel i7 7800, Be Quiet! STRAIGHT POWER 11 650W, MSI RTX 2070 Gaming Z, 4x Noname 8gb RAM, MSI MP 2390 Gaming Edge AC, Corsair H115i Pro)

I plugged in everything correctly, the 8-Pin Cable is also plugged din correctly and I tried out every positions of the Rams. Now my problem: When I plug in the 8-Pin Cable and try to start the pc the LEDs start to blink and the fans are starting. But it shuts down after a second. The EZ DEBUG LED from the CPU is on an lights white the whole time. If I plug out the 8-Pin cable the PC starts up, but theres is no picture (I know bcs the CPU needs the 8-Pin Power Cable).
Please help I tried out everything, could it be that the 8pin cable is broken?

4x Noname 8gb RAM
Things like that often give us things to worry about and might always be the likely cause for troubleshooting.

Please help I tried out everything,
What have you tried? So we don't repeat what didn't work for you.

You might want to list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

Then try and pass on a link to your sticks of ram. You seem to have a i7-7800, that doesn't exist unless you're talking about the i7-7800x, in which case it shouldn't be able to work with your 2390 board or are you talking about the Z390 board from MSI?

Ye sorry I was in a hurry:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-8700 (3.2 GHz) [Not 7800 lul]
MB: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC (LGA 1151, Intel Z390, ATX)
Ram: 4x sk hynix korea 8gb 1rx8 pc4-2400t-ua1-11(Their one year old but I gonna replace them)
SSD/HDD: PM961 MZVLW256HEHP MZ-VLW2560 256 GB/Seagate 2TB (also r getting replaced)
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING Z (8GB, High End)
Chassis: Corsair Crystal 570X RGB (Midi Tower)
Power: be quiet! STRAIGHT POWER 11 (650W)

BUT with the old ram and disks it should still work.
I tried every Ram on every Slot (1 Ram, 2 Ram and also 4 Ram in any possible way) If I don't plug in the CPU Power Cable everything works, but of course not the system bcs the CPU won't work, so what should I try and is it possible that the 4/8 Pin cable is broken?
Thx 4 ur help

oh wow ...same board same problem m8 ...I damaged the pins in socket (slaps forehead) by dropping cpu corner first ....your Hynix RAM is ok with board I has same RAM would ya believe it ? I thought i had compatibility issue but nah it was ME that fucked her up , so now I gots a choice between 4x Hynix or 2x Vengence pro...I think the 4sticks is the way to go( and board has enough RGB already) just because it fills all channels.....btw are ya gettin EZ debug white led on RAM ? check them pins again , I could not believe how delicate this board is in comparison to the z270 that I last built....so not a total loss , as I did discover that I needs glasses lols

They replaced it for free, its working know :)

ah good one , and yeah I fixed mine ...lols by buying the board again (ouch)and being much more cautious , both sets of RAM work fine although debug light shows at first but goes out after a few secs...anyways is great kit -( in the right hands). and yeah ... I am going to TRY and fix the board I've munted .
