Question cpu fail or not recognised

1tb wd ssd m.2 nvme
thermaltake 700 rgb psu

hery guys
last night i was messing with the pc and
it all of a sudden refuse to display
at first i thought it was the gpuy as the led werent lit
but i installed it in another pc and its fine
i tried ressting cmos by removing battery
no luck
i tried reseating the cpu no luck
i dont have another 1151 pc to try it on
is it possible to ruin the mobo by pressing to hard when trying to remove cpu fan cooler?
any help would be greatly appreciatted
its a new build
everything elser seems to wqork
fan spins for cpu cooler
but i do have the led light where the ez debug is and its lit on cpu
which according to the manual is a cpu fail or not recognised
