[SOLVED] Cpu fail to detect

Hello guys..its been 2 months i am repairing my pc....the ezdebug led of cpu of my motherboard is turned on and no signal on the monitor..the drivers didnt start and it keeps on shutting down its self..please help!!!
Intel core i5 8th gen
Vengence lpx ddr4 4gb ram
Msi b360m gaming motherboard
Seagate 1tb hdd
Wd green 240gb ssd
Asus radeon rx580 8gb OC edition

Check the pins of the CPU socket of the motherboard. Any bend or discolored ones?

Which power supply are you using?
All power connections plugged in?

only use a minimum setup:
power supply
motherboard
1 RAM into DIMM slot A1
CPU with cooler
ATX 12V 8pin and 24pin power connector
monitor connected to motherboard

i used cooler master wattlite 600 230v.
all the power connections are plugged in.
no bend pins.

reset the BIOS by jumper

try the motherboard on a non conducting surface outside the case

Should be a CPU or motherboard failure.

Which i5 8th gen is it exactly?
