CPU Fan advice needed

so after months of searching I finally I found a local seller in my location to buy a CPU fan, which should I buy? my motherboard socket is 1150 so my choices are limited.

my processor: i7 4790k 4.0Ghz (no overclock)

my choices:
XIGMATEK TYR SD962
COOLER MASTER HYPER TX3I EVO (only CM fan valid for my socket)
ZALMAN CNPS5X PERFORMA
THERMALTAKE RİİNG (it says 115x, applies to all 115x sockets?)

The socket 1150 supports most common cpu coolers. Are these all the cpu coolers your are limited to? Which country do you live in?
