cpu fan doesn't run automaticly

Hello everyone,
I have a AMD FX - 8350 processor with 2 cpu fans. But the fans doesnt run automaticly, so I use everytime Speedfan. How can i do this automaticly?

You plug them into the mobo cpu fan header(s).

i have Asrock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 970 RG SA
and my fans are CoolMaster HyperTX 3 Evo and Enermax UCTB9 92x92x25 same
i plugged correct the pins in the motherboard
