Question CPU fan error and RGB lights are not working ?

Hi, i have following system in the screenshot and when i turning it on there is a BIOS message "CPU fan error" and i noticed the cooler fans (H100i cooler) is working in full speed and RGB lights on cooler fans and casing fans are not working but the fans works. Then i set up fans speeds to ignore and booted the system and noticed CPU temperature is below the normal (usually its 42-45 C) now its 29-35 that might be because the fans run in full speed.

I tried resetting BIOS and updating BIOS but its not working still. Should it be a problem wit the cooler? or Motherboard? as the RGB lights of casing also not working its hard to guess for me.

Where did you connect the RGB and fans? Any adapters used? 3rd party fan controller involved?
Software for RGB installed?

They are directly connected to the cooler and there isn't any rgb hub. It was working fine for around 3 years. I think there is a hardware issue but im not sure if it's motherboard or the cooler ?

I tried it already... i even checked the voltages of the power supply they seems to be ok
Whats unclear is.. how is my casing fan's lighting does not works

Fan motors and (A)RGB lights are on different circuits Different problem.

Will it be fixed if i replace the cooler? I mean the problem with fans?

Are cooler/radiator fans connected to CPU_FAN header ?

The cooler'rgb cables (from fans) are connected to the cables from coolers heat sink (i think that where its pump located) there are some female cables coming from that unit and those are connected to fan's male connectors and motherboard's rgb header is not used.

Update : i checked the output voltage from female sockets from the cooler's main unit and its 4.9v. Should it be 12v?
