CPU Fan Error , but fans are running ...

Hello !

have a strange error during bootup , third time I see that

I have water cooling and fans are running I can see them
when it shows that message "CPU fan error" , after a feew seconds fans starting to spin faster and faster, I'm rebooting system immediately with reset button of course , and after reboot it boots up without problem

I'm overclocking CPU but it's almost a year , problem started yesterday
after each long shutdown it starts with that message

what this might be ?

can be two issues. one the fan for the cooler is dust bound or slow spinning and causing the error to pop up when cold. with fan failure error the bios has the fan set to x speed. if the speed is less then the set speed you see the error or if the speed sence cable/sensor on the fan goes bad.
