cpu fan error

I downgraded my cpu from i7 3770 to i5 3570 but everytime i turn it on i get cpu fan error and doesn't give me f1 to get in bios just shut off after 15 seconds and the fan spin and I tried different fans still same issue please help

Perhaps you might have plugged the fan in a different header than the CPU-Fan header?

Perform a CMOS reset , may help.
