Question Cpu Fan Header Not Working

Hi , I Just Bought An Asus A320 Mk Motherboard , Amd Ryzen 3 2200g and Ddr4 8gb Ram From Amazon . I Took All Parts To Nearest Store For Assembling . When The Guy Who Was Aseembling It Did POST The Cpu Fan Firstly Worked And He Put All Thing In The Cabinet But After Starting It Again To Instal Os The Cpu Fan Didn't Start . The Guy Tried Putting The Cable Of Cpu Fan To Cha_Fan Header And The Cpu Fan Started But Not Working On Cpu_Fan Header.

Theres No Replacement In Amazon But It Have 3 Year Warranty Should I Go To Asus Repair Center To Get It Repaired

My Question Is That Is A Cpu_Fan Header Can Be Repaired Or Not I Am In Big Trouble Please Help
