[SOLVED] CPU fan is working perfectly

I found out this morning that the 3 case fans on the front and 1 on the back won't spin when I turn it on. The RGB for these fans also is not turning on and the LED button on the tower does nothing. The CPU fan is working perfectly. Everything was working fine last night before I shut it down.

One cause that I've considered could stem from when it was shutting down last night (before turning off the PSU). I was trying to turn off the LED as it was shutting off, and I may have had my finger on the LED button during the shut down. Could this result in a short somewhere?

I should add that I looked in the BIOS and it says the chassis fans RPMs are N/A. None of the other settings in the BIOS indicate the fans are disabled.

Solution
Are all of the fans on the same header ? If so check the cabling.

If not, and the BIOS reset helpstar recommended above doesn't work, then either the motherboard or the PSU are bad.
