Hi guys, hopefully someone will be able to help me.
I recently built a new PC for my wife - 8G DDR3 Ram, i7, nvidia 760 gtx, ROG mobo, 128G SSD, 2TB Seagate HDD and 750W Corsair PSU.
Now the problem seems to be the CPU fan making an annoying whirring/bzzing sound sometimes. I actually recorded it on youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIXGgyfFPYQ
I disconnected the CPU fan - booted and the sound was gone.
Connected the CPU fan and the sound came back - it's hard to hear in the video, but it sounds like a vibrating sound - especially loud when playing Borderlands 2 for example, and then if I quit the game then you hear the sound slowly getting softer and softer, but it doesn't go away.
I already got the stock CPU fan/cooler replace with another one - same issue.
Anyone ever experienced this issue before???
Thanks
Will
