Hey,
I have a problem with noise from my computer that is caused by CPU fan that has too many rpms with any reason,
It sounds like the cpu would be overheating but when i ran task manager it showed me cpu usage like around 2-5% and temperature 20-35 °C
So my question sounds why this fan is running so much with no reason and is here some way to fix this or it just should be like that?
