Question Cpu Fan not spinning in Cpu_fan slot

Hello guys! I got a new Arctic 34 duo esports cooler for my CPU and it's not spinning in the cpu_fan slot. I mention that the previous cooler was working just fine 20 minutes ago in the same slot. Also, it can't be the cooler because it spins in the cpu_cha slot. What do you suggest?

It wasn't a cpu_cha slot, it was a A_fan 1 slot.

Still not working, no
