Cpu fan not working, can't acces bios. help

Good day,

So i got this Acer Aspire E1-571G Notebook for free but the fan isnt spinning so the cpu overheats to 80C degrees and throttles to 1ghz which is not nice.

So how do i solve this? is there any solution that wouldn't involve me tearing down the laptop?
Also the bios has a password and i can't get into it. could this be the problem?
i just reinstalled a fresh windows 7.1 to the laptop.
also i tried downloading speedfan it had no fan percentages to change

This is most liekly fan failure, you need torn apart this Acer and check if this fan stops because is full off dust or other staff or simply is broken
Breaking through bios password is not easy task to do, in most cases you need hardware, software and knowledge.
But luckily on your laptop this is easy

Well i can see from the outsdie that there isnt much dusk there and i could use come canned air to blow it out.
if that does no good then i'll replace the fan.
thanks for the help.
although i would appreciate if someone helped me with the bios

I recommend replacing the fan, you can either try to find one that will fit or eBay and AliExpress are good sources for this sort of part
