Hi,

Here's the picture, says more than words:

Baically - CPU cooler is pushing onto one of the RAM sticks tilting it to the side, but connection is still ok.

Question is - realistically, will it cause any trouble? Like damage Mobo or Ram over the time?

That is a pretty drastic angle, I would not recommend leaving it like that. Not only do you risk damaging the RAM, but you also risk the RAM slot as well.
If you cant afford/dont want to replace the cooler, just put the fan on the other side in pull. Its not great, but its far better than bending your RAM.

Apparently it's not stable, just reboots at some point, not that I ever thought that it was a good idea in the first place.

But yeah, I actually managed to just put cooler on top of RAM, so it's not bending at all, just touches it from the top. It's now a bit taller but it still covers pretty much all heatsink and as long as it fits into the case it should be ok. Could try a smaller one if this does not work

I just plan to overclock i5 8600k, and I don't want to mess with water cooling, and I don't want it to be loud, so noctua it is.

How much worse pull configuration is, btw? And are there maybe thinner Noctua fans?

A picture is truly worth a thousand words.
I would not leave the situation stand.

What is your cooler?
Looks like a noctua of some sort.
I would move the fan to the other side in a pull orientation; it will work just as well.

Or, if you have room, just mount the fan some 1cm higher.

Yep, it's Noctua NH-U14S.

Yeah, I mounted it higher, as I mentioned in my last post :) Seems to be working well enough. Managed to squeeze everything into Fractal Design Node 304.

Gotta find a card now, though, that would fit. It does support full sized cards, but at limited thickness, but that's another question.
