Can I use my celeron(366@550) fan to cool my new celeron 600 (hoping to hit the big 900)?

You could use it, but why? It would not be suitable for overclocking. Get a better cooler, plenty other units are out on the market to use.

I doubt a standard fan would let you overclock that much. Get an aftermarket heavy super duty heatsink and fan.
