CPU fan RPM's not detected HELP

Hello, i noticed my CPU fan is not showing any RPM. It is spinning tho. But the RPM says ???.
Well it is actually ok but my Cores are overheating to about 105'C before it shuts off, resulting in that i cannot play that many games. Never had overheating problems before?
I just have a stuck fan
And i think this result in the fan not spinning at the RPM i want, therefore overheating the PC..........

CoreI5-2400 3.10Ghz
3x 1TB + 100GB SSD
Asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard

Fans are disposable. Measure the size and get a new one. If you are using the stock heat sink, upgrade to an aftermarket for the lower noise level.
