So I've been having problems with my PSU (I've already ordered another one) and I noticed my CPU fan has been running at full speed for long bits of time. And I pop open the side and the video card and other parts of the MB feel hot. Is this normal? Is there a way I can check the C/F of it?
Also is it ok if I leave my computer on all day? I'm waiting for my new PSU and i don't want to shut it down because I don't know how long it is going to take to turn back on.

Also note the CPU fan is clean I dusted it out last week.

Solution
Your idling at 40c+ that is a bit hot for idle but the thing that really does not make sense is your max temps are only a few degrees higher than idle... Might want to run a program / game that stresses the CPU a bit and see what your max temps get to.
