Question CPU fan screws are too short ?

B450 Tomahawk motherboard.

For the Ryzen 5600X CPU, PCPartPicker says it is compatible but the heatsink fan screws are not long enough to reach the mobo.

So what do I need? Did my mobo come with brackets? I don't remember

Which cooler and MB ? They are usually supplied with hardware for several types of sockets. You have to choose right mounting kit (holders, spacers and screws and eventually back plate) for AM4. socket, CPU cooler mounting goes by socket, not MB and AM4 MBs come with own back plate (behind MB) so it's usually not included with coolers. Other than that, you have to support back plate while screwing cooler on.
