Question Cpu fan speed error...

hello all.

specs:
new build first time booting up and no post.

5700x3d
16gb t force delta 3600
b550 f gaming
850 psu Thermaltake
7800xt
corsair icu h150i elite LCD xt
the aio shows the temp and fans are turning.
everything turns on but it keeps giving me the CPU fan error.
I went into bios then into monitor and put ignore under CPU fan speed. save and reset and still nothing. it boots straight into bios. have not installed windows or anything.

what could be going on?

Hmmmmmm. Right after I post this it went straight into installing windows. I think all is good. will let yall know. thx
