CPU fan speeds

so I am getting a few problems when playing some games (EG: CS, just cause 3 ext). Either way whenever I play any games my CPU usage will drop suddenly from 45%-50% all the way down to 16%-10% round there, causing my FPS to drop drastically.

specs:
AMD-83500 Eight Core
GTX 780ti
Cooler Master RR-TX3E-22PK-R1 Hyper TX3 Evo
forgotten my motherboard.

(this problem was even happening when I was using my GTX 750ti)

I did use speedFAN And I still do but it really dosnt do much for me, please help <3

Yes I have and it stays at around 76-79C (my TJ max is 83C)

What is your PSU, I have heard cases of stuff like that being something to do with power.

DW man it's all fixed, I bought a new case and that fixed everything. my PSU is a 750w if you really wanted to know though XD but it is all fixed
