Hi, i recently upgraded my cpu fan as my other one wasn't cooling enough and now the new one is just way to loud for my liking but it only goes loud when i play certain games like rainbow six siege or fortnite,
Specs:
Case: Corsair quiet 400c
CPU: i7 7700K
GPU: GTX 1080ti ftw3
CPU cooler: nzxt kraken x52
Ram: HyperX 16GB
PSU: SuperNOVA P2 650w Platinum

everything is keeping cool enough just the fans are loud, is it possible to switch to quieter cpu fans and if so any reccomendations? thanks in advanced!

Solution
Made a similar experience with the fans coming with the Corsair H100...terribly laud...especially when spinning at 2000 RPM like yours will do.
You may either optimize a fan curve defining max RPM in the bios or use a software solution like SpeedFan.
This is the no-cost solutions.

Alternatively you may try to by other fans with a max RPM of 1500 but still good airflow. Brands recommended are usually Noctua, be quiet, or Corsair (PWM fans only).
